1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. This service is designed for parents, teachers, and other adults to generate coloring pages for children.

2. Description of Service

AI Coloring Pages is an online tool that generates printable coloring pages from text descriptions using AI (artificial intelligence). The service produces black-and-white line drawings from your text prompts.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the service. Google Sign-In is the only authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must provide accurate information and may not create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits.

4. Credits and Plans

The service uses a credit system. One credit generates one coloring page. Plans and pricing are as follows:

• Free: 10 credits per month, watermarked, personal use only
• Starter: 100 credits/month ($9/month or $75.60/year)
• Pro: 500 credits/month ($25/month or $210/year)
• Premium: 2,000 credits/month ($50/month or $420/year)

Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Credit pack credits are valid for 6 months (Small and Medium) or 12 months (Large) from the date of purchase and do accumulate.

5. Intellectual Property

Coloring pages are generated by AI (FLUX1-schnell, licensed under Apache 2.0). AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You retain the right to use generated images under the license granted by your plan (personal or commercial).

The AI Coloring Pages name, logo, website design, and code are owned by the operator and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Commercial Use License

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) include a commercial use license. You may use generated coloring pages for:

• Classroom materials and educational handouts
• KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) coloring books
• Etsy printables and similar digital products
• Other commercial purposes as permitted by your plan

The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use only. Free plan pages include a watermark.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Coloring pages are generated by machine learning (AI). Results may vary in quality and are not guaranteed to meet any specific standard. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use, especially in commercial contexts.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to:

• Generate NSFW, sexually explicit, suggestive, or pornographic content of any kind
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive
• Generate violent, gory, or disturbing imagery
• Generate content that depicts minors in any sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate context
• Generate deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content
• Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI model or prompt engineering
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
• Resell or redistribute the service itself
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law

9. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes, which Creem calculates and collects at checkout based on your location.

• Subscriptions:Refundable within 7 days of the initial purchase if ≤50% of credits have been used (full refund) or >50% used (prorated refund based on remaining billing days). After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges. Auto-renewal payments are refundable within 48 hours if the new credits are unused.
• Credit packs: Refundable within 48 hours of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used. Any usage makes the pack non-refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Your paid plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
• How to request: Submit refund requests from your Account page. Eligibility is evaluated automatically. Approved refunds are processed via Creem within 5–10 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
