AI Coloring Pages is an independent platform that generates printable coloring pages from text prompts using third-party AI models. We are committed to providing a safe, family-friendly service. All user-submitted prompts are automatically screened through a content moderation system before generation.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the service to generate, request, or attempt to generate any of the following:

2.1 NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content

• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind, including sexually explicit, suggestive, provocative, or pornographic imagery
• Nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive depictions of any person or character
• Content involving sexual acts, fetishes, or erotic scenarios
• Any content that is sexually suggestive in nature, even if not explicitly explicit

2.2 Harmful and Dangerous Content

• Violent, gory, or disturbing imagery
• Depictions of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages illegal activities
• Hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Threatening, harassing, or bullying content

2.3 Content Involving Minors

• Any depiction of minors (children under 18) in sexual, violent, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate contexts
• Content that could be interpreted as child exploitation or abuse material, in any form

2.4 Deepfakes and Manipulation

• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content
• Images designed to impersonate real individuals without their consent

2.5 Other Prohibited Uses

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempts to bypass, circumvent, or reverse-engineer the content moderation system
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits or evade restrictions
• Automated or scripted use of the service without authorization
• Reselling or redistributing the service itself
• Using the service for any purpose that violates applicable law

3. Content Moderation

All prompts submitted through the service are automatically screened by a third-party content moderation API before being sent to the AI generation model. The moderation system evaluates each prompt and may:

• Allow — the prompt is safe and generation proceeds normally
• Block — the prompt is flagged or denied, and generation is not permitted. You will receive an error message explaining the prompt could not be processed

Attempting to bypass the moderation system (e.g., through obfuscation, encoding, or deliberate misspelling) is a violation of this policy.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate rejection of the offending prompt
• Warning or suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account without refund
• Reporting to relevant authorities in cases involving illegal content, particularly content involving minors

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
