This Privacy Policy describes how AI Coloring Pages ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at springcoloringpages.site. This tool is designed for parents, teachers, and other adults to generate coloring pages for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name and email address from your Google account. We do not collect passwords — Google handles authentication.
Usage Data: We collect the text prompts you enter to generate coloring pages, your selected options (age group, layout, topic), and the generated images.
Payment Information: We do not collect or store credit card information. All payments are processed by Creem, our payment partner. Creem collects and stores payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Technical Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the coloring page generator
- To manage your account, credits, and subscription
- To generate AI-powered coloring pages using Replicate (flux-schnell model)
- To process payments through Creem
- To improve our service and fix bugs

3. AI Generation
Coloring pages are generated by the Replicate API using the FLUX1-schnell model (Apache 2.0 license). Your text prompts are sent to Replicate's servers for processing. Generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2. Replicate's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google — Authentication (Google Sign-In) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website analytics
- Replicate — AI image generation (FLUX1-schnell model)
- Creem — Payment processing (Merchant of Record)
- Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, storage (R2), database (D1)
- Google Analytics — Website traffic analytics. Uses cookies to measure user interactions. Anonymized IP collected. Data retained up to 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity — Heatmaps and session recordings to understand user behavior. Uses cookies (e.g.,
_clck,CLID). Data retained up to 24 months. - Plausible Analytics — Privacy-friendly, cookie-free page-view analytics. Self-hosted at plausible.shipsolo.io. Does not use cookies or collect personal data. Measures aggregate page views only.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Generated images are stored on R2 until you delete your account
- Payment records are retained as required by law and Creem's policies
- Usage analytics are retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
AI Coloring Pages is a tool for parents, teachers, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not require children to create accounts. Only adults can sign in using Google authentication. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to processing of your data for specific purposes

We do not use advertising cookies or sell user data to third parties. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies on your browser; Plausible is cookie-free and measures only aggregate page-view counts.
